What do I want to achieve?

In order to make a better decision on the name of the cafe, I thought it would be a good idea to figure out what I want to get out of it.

Keeping this in mind, the names I've narrowed it down to are:

Italic
10pt.
Em
Pica

I'm going to have a play with all of them to see where I get as I'm really unsure. At the moment I'm going towards Italic and Pica, but I'm hoping as I start designing I'll get more ideas.
